2” 3 ring binder with 5 subject dividers

200 sheets of loose-leaf notebook paper – teacher will collect 1 package

8 70 – 80 page spiral notebooks – teacher will collect 4 notebooks

36 pencils – teacher will collect most of the pencils.

1 pink eraser

1 pack of 12 colored pencils

1 pair of scissors

2 boxes of Kleenex – collected for class

2 containers of Clorox wipes – collected for class

6 dry erase markers – teacher will collect the markers

6 glue sticks – teacher will collect the glue

1 hand pencil sharpener

1 clean sock

1 package of sticky notes – GIRLS ONLY – collected for class

1 pack of markers – BOYS ONLY – collected for class

1 ream of white copy paper – collected for class

Fifth grade students are to read a book of their choice over the summer. Students will be given an assignment for the book they read when they return in August.
